Where RP comes from
RP is the cash you spend at dealerships and in the modification garage. Codes are the fastest early stack. After that, jobs and races are the repeatable loops. Nothing in the game converts RP into Robux.
Jobs you can actually start
| Job | How you start | What is known about pay |
|---|---|---|
| Civilian | Default free roam | No job paycheck. Racing and exploring pay separately. |
| Courier | Take parcel work in the city | Steady RP per delivery. The amount per parcel is not published here. |
| Office Worker | Desk work that asks you to solve arithmetic | Community notes call it a consistent grind. Per-task RP is not published. |
| RideGO | Complete rideshare orders | Rank bonuses below. Pay per single order is not published. |
| Barista | Work a shift at the coffee shop | First promotion is Junior Barista. Pay per drink is not published. |
| Police | Police Pass, reported at 149 Robux, then switch role | Patrol roleplay and a police vehicle. Not a free job. |
A 2x Paycheck gamepass is reported to double job income. This page does not repeat a Robux price for it, because the prices in circulation do not agree.
RideGO ranks
Badge records confirm three RideGO promotions. The first completed order also has its own badge, RideGO Job First Order.
| Rank | XP | Cash bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Silver Driver | 2,000 | 5,000,000 RP |
| Gold Driver | 10,000 | 10,000,000 RP |
| Elite Driver | 30,000 | 25,000,000 RP |
RideGO was added in the 18 July 2026 update. V1.1.9 notes do not say those XP thresholds changed.
Collecting 13 different anomaly types on RideGO awards RideGO Hunter and a 50,000,000 RP bonus. Repeating one anomaly type does not finish the set. The first unusual passenger is tied to the Anomaly Passenger: Unknown Rider badge, with a separate 25,000,000 RP note on the first non-standard encounter.
Pickup spots, allowed vehicles, tips, and any shift timer are not in the badge evidence. Use the in-game job prompt.
Barista ranks that are confirmed
Barista Job First Shift marks the first coffee shift. Junior Barista, the first promotion, is documented at 5,000 XP for a 5,000,000 RP bonus. That first step costs more XP than RideGO Silver Driver for the same 5,000,000 RP.
Barista Hunter matches the RideGO hunter rule: 13 different anomaly types, 50,000,000 RP. Anomaly Barista Visitor is the first non-human cafe customer and is tied to a 25,000,000 RP bonus.
Races
Sentul Circuit is the main drag strip. Public race notes say you enter from the blue Sentul zone. Time Trial payout is described as scaling with distance covered per second, with runs under 15 seconds. Tournament races pay the winner from the race pool. Those are format notes, not a promise of a specific RP number on the current server.
Highway riding is a separate reported grind: stay near the bike's top speed and avoid traffic. No per-minute rate is stable enough to print.
A practical order
Redeem codes first. Learn Courier or a first RideGO order while the map is still new. Push RideGO toward Silver Driver if you like driving jobs, or Barista if you want the coffee-shop loop. Spend the rank bonus on a motorcycle you will actually race, then decide whether a Robux pass is worth a role you already enjoy.
